Does anyone have really bad FPS with this airport?
I go down to about 14 in the Fenix when I’m looking down towards the ground and about 19 when I’m panning in the cockpit. It’s ok away from the terminals so I presume it’s the inside modelling causing it. I usually get about 30 to 40 at other airports including the likes of fly tampa and inibuilds.
Anyone have the same issue!?
Assuming it wasn’t you, I saw a similar complaint in a comment on a youtube review about FPS hit close in to the new detailed gates that recovers when moved away. I don’t see this (3090) but I’m using PMDG737 most of the time and I don’t own the fenix.

It wasn’t me but sounds like the same problem.. it was about 34fps on taxiways. I hope they fix it it’s not usable at the moment.

This is a visually stunning upgrade to the original MK Studios version 1 airport however, this comes at significant cost to simulator performance. I guestimate that my performance has dropped by approximately 30-35% and introduces mild to moderate, (even severe when panning view with TrackIR) stutters. This can be overcome by dialling back on graphics settings. I do think the upgrade is worth paying the extra 11GBP as the work that has gone into the airport is significant. I have taxied around the airport with FSTraffic showing in the Mustang Jet and managed to get 20-30 FPS. I don’t think the airport would be usable with the FlybyWire Airbus. I will try that later on.
The airport is useable with lowered graphics settings on my system and FPS friendly aircraft.

Yes, I have the same problem. Use a FPS friendly aircraft and dial back your graphics settings. The performance hit is likely due to the high level modelling detail of the terminal interiors, PBR textures and extra ground clutter etc.

Minor stutters on first run with a 12900K/3080 combo, but settled after a minute or so and no issues since.
I have this problem as well, they really need to sort it out as it is almost unusable in high fidelity aircraft such as PMDG 737 and Fenix A320.
Yesterday, a first patch was released for the v2 Dublin scenery. I obtained it through ORBX Central.
