Can we ajust the speed for Mouse wheel Zoom in/out in cockpit, by default in su5 the zoom are a very very slow.

Yes.
Go to options > general options > camera > cockpit camera > zoom speed.
Move the slider to your preferred zooming speed.
apply and save
