MS24 menu freezes completely when starting the sim

Hello, MSFS24 menu freezes completely when starting the sim.

Last friday the sim worked fine, but, since yesterday, it its impossible to load it. I haven’t made any change to the computer. Also, I’ve tried to reinstall, deleting all sim data.

Events visor doesn’t show an specific error.

So what I had to do was go into C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData, and make a backup/copy of the wgs folder Once you have done that disconnect your internet and delete the wgs folder.
