So I finally managed to load in however I can only hear wind and ambient sounds, the plane is completely silent, no engine sound. I tried 3 different planes, tweaked audio configs, nothing.
The 172 made engine sounds. It’s the only one I tried before logging out.

Same here, all menu sounds work fine but nothing from the aircraft!

Likewise here - all audio drivers uninstalled and reset. Don’t think that’s the issue. I’ve noticed several users report that in Window Settings>System>Sound>Volume Mixer, they have several instances of MSFS2024.
In my case, I have three, one of which is set to volume 1 and greyed out/can’t be adjusted. In a flight earlier today, I had seven instances of MSFS as audio “apps”

Hello, same issue here, no engine, no cockpit sound from any aircraft. I even tried the old aircraft bought with the shop in MSF2020.

Experiencing the same issue. The planes which worked for me are the A32N and a purchased plane (FSReborn - strange I have a purchased plane in FS24 right know without marketplace).
I have also the 1% volume tasks which cannot be changed. I restarted the windows audio service and tried external software like eartrumpet - not working yet.
Yeah so apparently this issue happens with a few aircraft. With the Cessna 172 I get sounds normally. But with the Bonanza, then no sounds again.

I´ve got the same problem, but I can say for sure, that the instance locked at 1 is the one, that should get you the engine sound, no idea how and why it is locked at 1%, so please fix this MS.

Same for me on PC. Also the plane in the configuration shop is missing, ingame it’s avalibel.
