Every time I try to purchase an aircraft or inhouse coin the Marketplace screen locks up. I have been unable to make any purchases as of March 25, 2025.

Had forgotten completely about that Steam overlay for the FS24, as the marketplace wasn’t even available until now

still an issue. Has there been any fix for non steam users. I got the sim free through game pass if that means anything.
On Xbox, signing out and back in to Xbox Live fixes it.
Non Steam user here, the only way for me to purchase items on the marketplace, is to start the sim from Xbox app.
Microsoft purchaser here; I cannot buy anything on the store. I click on an item and the next window shows three blinking dots at the bottom and they blink forever / till I stop the action. I have re-loaded the game, re-booted the computer and re-started the game, signed out of my MS account and re-started… I would love to spend a Euro or two, (really a very small amount, because I do not trust 2024, but still have hopes), but the system will not allow me to do this. All of the help I have sought on the Internet has proven to be useless. Sign out from within the game? I cannot find this option. Re-set my account from within the game? Cant find this either. Well, from the beginning , 2024 has been frustrating (like 2020 years ago). 2020 is not quite good, and the graphics there are MUCH better than in 2024. Nonetheless, I have great hopes for 2024… sometime in about a year (2026, mid-year). MS, you have made a great product, but you have released it, EACH TIME, as an unfinished frustrating abomination. Eventually, 2020 became a lovely simulator, with great graphics and good to very good flight models. But 2020 was released as a 50% model. 2024? At best, 25%. Shame on you!
I’ve made the purchase of the standard to the premium deluxe in the in store amd it doesn’t work

I have been unable to make any purchase in MSFS 2024, since SU2 update. Reached out to their support and started a ticket on the issue. So far there has been no response, which doesn’t surprise me much.
This looks like a slightly different issue. But are people having a problem where you go to purchase coins or a directly via cash it says “Please wait” for a couple of seconds then nothing? I’m using the XBox game store on PC, not Steam.
All I get is a quick flicker of what I can perceive as the purchase window, then just as fast, nothing.

Yep. That’s what I get as well. Guess it’s a sign for me to save some money.
Did you try launching the sim in the Xbox app?
I just received an email response from MSFS support and have a significant list of things to try in order to resolve this. One thing that stands out, is me making sure I am using the correct email address across all. That may indeed be my issue. I typically use two email addresses. One is for much of the junk I browse and the other is for my daily items such as bills etc. If I were not to get the hammer dropped on me by the gods, I can list the response, if anyone would be interested.
After trying the steps Microsoft sent out, I am still unable to make a purchase.
