MSFS always resets to Windowed mode

Seems to have happened only recently but despite changing it to Full Screen and saving it the game is always back to Windowed mode the next time I play. Not sure what happened or changed but its annoying. Anyone know how to fix it? Seems to have only started for me in the past two weeks or so. Any/all help is appreciated!!

This is fixed in Beta SU15, which is currently scheduled for release 26-Mar.

Its always been the case that the app window size is reset (in my case to 3840 2160) every time an update is made but once resized to my liking the size is retained (until the next update!). With version 1.37.8.0 this is no longer the case and every start of the app sees the window size being reset to 3840 2160. My game is set to full screen. When I load the program (from Steam) it drops out of full screen every time I hit the ‘checking for updates’ window.
