Planning a long cross Channel in this today JP and a quick question about how the AP is implemented. If I hit “Z” will that level the wings and hold ALT and HDG?
Or does it use the standard Asobo keyboard bindings for individual constraints; HDG, Alt, etc?

Honestly, I’ve never used the Autopilot when flying this aircraft, nor have I even touched it in regards to the mod!
I think it’ll just use the standard keybinds, but I am unsure sorry!

Neither have I but you never know when you might need a comfort break and it’s goig to be a long journey.
That having been said it’s such a good mod that she flies straight and level herself once trimmed up with just the occasional flick of the ailerons or rudder to counteract the p-factor.

Glad to hear it! Enjoy!

Yeah it’s a pretty stable little plane!
Enjoy your flight!

Absolutely did.
Really wonderful Mod.
I’m not flying anything else at present in the sim (well, apart from a sneaky on the FBW A320 NX now and again)
It just flies absolutely right. Perfectly, in fact. Nice one JPL.

My favorite mod of FS2020. I have a few hours logged in a 152 out of Sligo in Ireland and I must say it’s bloody spot on!

When I put the directory of V0.9.71 - Hotfix into the Community folder under Packages, and fire up MSFS, under Content Manager, is it supposed to say “Installed” or “Uninstalled”? How does one know that the JPL aircraft is being selected, because I dont see it in the hanger. So I’m not sure if the flight mod is the aircraft I’m flying in the game. Please advise.

Great mod on the whole.

This isn’t a biggie, but is there a way to have your 3D pilot model turned on for external views, but off for the cockpit view (just like every other aircraft settings?)

I’m having to use the toggle to turn it on/off manually for the purpose of external shots. Like I say, it’s not a biggie. Just a mild annoyance.

Maybe, as a workaround, when you are in the cockpit, just use alt and up-arrow to move yourself slightly forward and in front of the pilot figure’s face.

Edit: low voltage light was not working because of the Uwa’s lighting mod, once uninstalled it works. Great mod! thanks!

This light still works!
However can you try removing the Light Mod and try again?
We have the lighting mod by Uwa implemented in the mod already!

Yes, this is something I’m working on!
When the next release comes out this should be resolved!

This mod replaces the default C152!
To test it, select the C152 and head to the Fuel & Payload screen, if you see an entry called “Forward Baggage” & “Rear Baggage” then the mod is working, these values don’t exist in the Default

Yes, you are right! I have uninstalled the Uwa mod and now the low voltage light works…I have edited my previous post. Thanks! As I said it flies great

Hello all,

I really love this airplane ! Congrats on this amazing work !!
I’m looking for a POH for it. However, from what I understand, it is supposed to be a Lycoming O-235L2C (115HP, 2700RPM) version of the aircraft.
All the POH I found are for the Lycoming O-235L2C 110HP at 2550RPM.

Is it the same version ? Or where can I find a POH for the 115HP @2700RPM version ?
Thank you for your help.

Have a nice flight.
Tim

A POH or some sort of manual with charts would be awesome…

Thanks, I confirmed this as you suggested.

Now my next question is related to stall mechanics. I flew this plane over London, got up to 1000ft and brought engine down to idle. I had the yoke set all the way back, flaps = 0. The plane didnt really stall as I expected and stall warning didn’t come on as quickly as expected. Even with flaps set to 30, no drastic changes in flight attitude other than a slow descent in altitude.

May I know if this is expected? I saw some Youtube videos which show drastically flight altering behaviors at engine idle, nose pitch up. Thanks.

I’d like to know more about this as well, as I too feel like my plane is too lathargic and stable in slow flight and stall situations.
