Ok thanks presume u can select any livery with the stock 152 and it should work?
Also how can you confirm it’s actually active ie changes to textures or cockpit)? I know an early version gave u a specific aeroplane color and reg whe it was active)

If you tune in a VOR and press the DME button on the radio stack, you should see it display a range to station every 5 seconds. This is a feature of the mod.
Another feature: If the RPM is less than 1000 the red warning light is activated.
I just noticed that the oil pressure gauge does not show the correct pressure value. On climb the pressure reaches about 105 PSI (according to the SimVariable “ENG OIL PRESSURE:1”). But the gauge still shows the needle in the green arc.
Thanks for letting me know! I will investigate that!
EVERYBODY: I am expecting to release an update today! Standby!
Awesome news…Bring it on

Thanks for the update
I did find the heading hold useful and reliable for when I am fiddling around with other things during flight as this aircraft does tend to get blown off course fairly quickly. The attitude hold was a bit hit and miss, but if I set the heading hold and trimmed out carefully I could fly hands off for long periods.
I will keep the previous version for when I need that convenience.
If you want the autopilot re-enabled, then you can still use the new version!
Go to the mod files, find System.CFG it is in this location
jplogistics-c152/SimObjects/Airplanes/Asobo_C152/systems.cfg
autopilot_available = 0
change that to 1 and save, reload MSFS and it’ll work again
Ah! Thank you very much for that bit of information.
As for your latest update, I am thrilled with the instrument lighting, thank you again. The cockpit lighting in the C152 has irritated me from the outset.
To take it one step further it would be nice if the top panel push buttons for NAV, DME, ADF etc. were lit when on, and if possible backlighting provided for the text inscriptions on the radio, ADF, and transponder panels etc. This is a very minor wish of mine and possibly does not represent the real aircraft anyway.
I do actually have a backlight set up… but it’s very buggy at the moment so it is actually disabled!
It’ll be a red downlight from the top of the glareshield!
That’ll be out next time, just need to work on a couple issues with it!
Hi, how can I disable the pilot and copilot models? The pilot model is blocking my frontal view and the copilot the view to my right
Press the EXT & SPKR buttons on the radio panel!
Fantastic, thank you!
Love the lighting. This plane stays my favorite with those enhancements.
I am using buttons and rotaries to control my pit. I was trying to figure out which simconnect command can be used for controlling intensity of the light. Often this is a light_potententiometer setting but which one? There are 30 of those commands.
I was not thinking of downlighting, as the overall panel is now quite well illuminated. Something a bit more subtle perhaps with just the inscribed lettering on the avionics systems backlit. Probably in white or blue light and tied to the instrument dimmer.control.
It is dimmable and has an on/off switch so it could just be left off for those who don’t care for it.
If that was addressed to me you need to read my original post and follow up, because what you said is not consistent with what I was talking about.

I love the new lighting in the new release, and it as smooth as ever to fly. It will continue to be my plane of choice when I just want a relaxing flight. It is a great mod, thanks and well done
