MSFS could really do with Scenarios

Hi all, loving the game, I’m on xbox (don’t kill me) really enjoy the realism and the free fly mode of go anywhere. However…

Does anyone think it would not benefit from a scenario mode of some sort? Unlike the bush trips which are sightseeing flights, a mode that allowed us to tackle some situations, like flying supplies to a remote part of a country, or ferrying passengers on short hauls, or being thrown into a difficult situation regarding mechanical failure and even the ability to tailor these settings and create our own.

I think the sim is missing that terribly. I m sure PC has a mod you can use, but it feels like that REASON for playing is missing.

Made these at launch. Maybe in 5yrs or so once the sim is fixed/stable & it has more aircraft types

Missions like FSX

Do the developers have any plans to introduce missions like we used to have in FSX, I flew these missions over and over again in FSX and they were Great! It would be nice to see how they would look in this new version, especially the UFO chase mission and the Mountain Rescue.

I think what you call Scenarios is similar to the old FSX missions. There’s a wish list item here: Missions like FSX

Being on console you are limited to what MSFS gives you versus what the community can provide as add-ons.

That said, you can setup failures in your scenario

These scenarios would be great, shame that the game is so unstable right now thay adding anything extra can’t be a priority yet.

I fully agree, and I wrote about it several times already in the forum.
I think that interesting missions with voice over, similar to those of FSX (or a porting of the same) would be really interesting, and I imagine they would also attract many new XBox users.
I find myself redoing several times the lessons of VFR and IFR Academy, because at present they really instructive and partially similar to the old missions (less adventurous but more technical).

I dont need missions that much, in the real world there are enough prescribed paths, I don’t want to be restricted here, it’s so liberating that there are no limits in the air, but for your ideas and the presentation, thumbs up and a !!!
