I downloaded the game from MS Store, so obviously I have no disk to insert!
MS Store also seems to be down, so no MSFS tonite.

There have been some posts on this. Most of the time it means MSFS can not verify your account or connect. In the search below, several topics and what has worked for some to fix, doesn’t work for others.

Is this the same thing, I have re-signed in to the store and in to Xbox Live, but no joy. I am not getting asked for a CD though, but I wonder if these issues are linked.
Hopefully issues at the Xbox Live end or the store. It was fine earlier this evening.
There are some reports the MS Store is down.
The Microsoft Store is not working correctly, there is an acknowledged outage. It is not possible to redeem codes, validate licenses or view owned purchases. As such, no MSFS.
