MSFS often won't load

Hello,

MSFS often won’t load when I just start my computer I click on the Icon of MSFS it often takes me to Microsoft store, I said often because sometimes it works but often won’t load, can anyone tell me how to fix this, I did send an email to the support team but no responses so far. thanks

It is hard to start MSFS if Playclaw is loaded, it can take between 1 and 20 tries. So if you have any utilities running that intercept the DirectX susbsystem you may want to start MSFS first then load the utility.

Playclaw works fine if I start it second.

Thanks for your response but can you tell me what do you mean if I run any utilities running that intercept the DirectX ( any example?)
