After the Japan update MSFS crashed when i try to fly. When i press “ready to fly” the screen dies. I can hear the plane ready on the runway (engine running), but I can´t see the plane, neither inside nor outside. Totally stuck.
Before the update I have had 0 crashes. Allways worked.
I do not have mods for tbm and I do not use facetrackNoir.
I have checked local files via Steam. After that I downloaded 95 GB again. Then there were only two planes and Japan is greyed out. Then another 20GB had to be downloaded. And of those, 2.2Mb are remaining, which just will not be downloaded. So I can not move on as I can not get downloaded the last 2.29 mb in Content Manager.
I would prefer no updates before it is working as supposed to.
Each time local files are validated through Steam, 95.79GB needs to be updated. It is totally unsustainable. After download, I can fly but if I open vfr map MSFS crashes. Is there a way to remove update 1.9.3.0 and force Flight Simulator NOT to upgrade, because it worked fine before the update.
I have the same, or at least very similar issue after last update… Screen gets stuck at some point… You can hear the engines and you can throttle up, when controls are moved, part of screen gets a single color covering the screen…
Any fix regarding the problems depicted here after Japan Update? I´ve reinstalled 3 times the sim and when I press Ready To Fly, the sim freezes and nothing happens, although I can hear ATC, the engines, etc.
Stop validating files in Steam. It only manages the Launcher. Never do that for MSFS. Every time you do something with it in Steam, you WILL have to redownload the game.
