Maybe I am missing something but i cant get the autopilot to work for love or money. This is a real must have for long transits especially out to sea etc.

yeah same here, trying to figure out the autopilot but just cant get it to switch on. also, when starting C/D, my right side PFD says ACFS system offline and doesnt show speed/alt/attitude, any tips on that?
In my opinion, generally, the helis in FS 2024, donât fly like the real one. There must be something wrong in the flight model. In fact, they are quiet too easy to fly.
What real world helicopter experience are you basing your opinion on?
All my screens are black (PC). How do I turn them on. The engines are running
I dont understand at all why the upper modes arenât simulated. For a HPG-product this is way below their standards, given the beautiful and complex H145/160. It kinda feels like they were starting a beautiful product and then ditched it somewhere half way, pressed for time or something.

Have you taken a look at HPGâs Discord server? They have a lively H225 channel where the main dev shares a lot if his insights. Seems like the code for upper modes is already there, but the alpha version of the sim they had for development was too different from the initial release version so some things currently donât work. Flight model does not behave as expected as well. But now they have the release version they can start fixing things.

Thanks a lot for your informative reply, sounds like the HPG I know and appreciate. I actually did check their discord servers earlier but canât find a H225 channel. I might look into that and see if theyâre operating a new one or something.
Edit: Ah, check, for some reason I didnât had the âshow all channelsâ on, the H225 channel is now visible. Thanks again.

The h225_discussion channel might be hidden by default. You could try going to the Chanels & Roles settings on the HPG server and see if you can enable it there.
All upper modes are missing. A shame.
Hi Luis, have you read my comment above or maybe even read the H225 channel on HPGâs Discord server? Upper modes are coming soon. The developers got the release version at the same time as everybody else, and need to adjust some things that were handled differently in the alpha version they had for before release.
Aye, I read that, still a shame the Helicopter was released in this state. Not what I expected from HPG and AFAIK while other devs like Gotfriends had to work on several products and delivered the complete product HPG only worked on this and delivered an incomplete product.
seems like the the relationships with 3rd party developers is not the same for all of the release aircraft. I would really put the onus on MS and not HPG for not giving full access to all of the developers working on default aircraft.
of course, we really donât know what has happened behind the scenes.

probably all been said but in case numbers help:
please get flight model & simulation of stuff to H145 level, stable and assisted flight that feels like beefed up 145 would be great, currently missing some of that stuff & imo feels âtoo easyâ to fly, not in an assistance/smoothness sense but in that it doesnât really feel heavy or large, you can do like multiple flips in this thing currently and then get right into stable flight again 5ft from the ground lmao
need this in career mode asap, i know itâs basically been said that itâs coming but H125 feels a little under powdered/unstable for stuff like SAR hoist and some longer distance transport stuff
sort of out of scope but if possible I would love if hype could help ms/asobo with some of the SAR stuff, options for orange smoke, better spawn locations, use of data like roads and hospitals and stuff would all be great additions too

Hey guys, how do you engage autopilot in H225?
I do not see any other AP button in cockpit but at middle pedestal.
Pressing AP engage button on my joystick it doesnât turn it on.
AP is not functional yet. HPG have stated on their discord that it is coming, but didnât make it into the initial release.
