ATR lighting bugs

ISSUE DESCRIPTION Description of the issue: The problem is that (a) the cockpit is too bright at night and (b) the cockpit (dome) lights don’t seem to work (or the switch doesn’t seem to do anything). The plane in question is the ATR 74-600 (all variants) which is part of the Aviator edition of the game. I opened a bug report through Zen desk (I thought that was the proper way).
