Sometimes it happens to my DC3 Classic, i need to restart sim several times until it works… I did a fresh reinstall and now seems to work.. i’ll try more effective tomorrow!

My guy, SBGO? That’s great taste for airfields right there.
Also, I’m an airliner guy myself, but had a jolly good time flying the 185. Still, like many other people said, I wish it had a basic autopilot module available, perhaps as a variant.

ecause my last post on this thread was a small complaint* feel like I gotta say I’m really, really digging this one.
*the ski plane really does act like skis down no matter what the lever and outer animation shows. I even played with putting them up and down on tarmac, no difference, went off the tarmac onto snow and it actually moved better. And would like autopilot too but honestly it’s a complete joy to hand fly so I don’t care that much and basic as basic gets would be fine by me. Just two things that would make me love it more, really enjoying this one. Definitely exceeded expectations, I have the Carenado 207 and this one feels much more alive I guess? I dunno, didn’t hate the 207 but this one is way more engaging for some reason even though the depth is similar. Just flies really nice.

I’ve never sat in a float plane before, stationary or moving, but does anyone else think the audio from the floats gliding through the water sounds like they are dragging across wet sand?

No idea! 
I don’t know if its a fair test to compare the audio to other float planes like the 172 or others of a similar size. Water is water, but there may be some acoustic effects generated by the composition of the floats themselves. So they may look the same at first glance, but sound different if you were to tap them, for example.
Not all that much of a Carenado fan but I couldn’t resist a Cessna single of this vintage. Overall I enjoy it.

yesterday, after new installation, works on ground… today i tryied again e nothing works.. at least on this VOR.. i’ll try another… idk what to do

Found and insteresting one. Variant with skis… right gear strut isnt connected during flex animation

Sorry to hear that! We’ll still be here for you if you find out anything when using a different VOR. I’ll continue to see if I can duplicate the issue somehow. Did upgrading to the release version of SU1 help your issue??

Ty for answer! Yes, i did a upgrade to SU1 today, nothing change. So i deleted everything, every folder and did a new install with no addons in community.. it works (for while). I changed instruments graphics to HIGH ( even i think that is nothing to do with)… maybe it’s a bug with an addon… this happens to my DC3 (classic version) too..

Finally! However, for me the Transponder is INOP.
Scratch that. I had it on IDENT earlier. However, I don’t see a flashing light.

It’s just me or the plane is missing from the web flight planner?
Not that i’m going to do complex flight plans with this one but still, kinda weird.
I can’t see it either. Tried search the list multiple ways, including sorting by “Cessna”:
Incidentally, that list of planes you can see above? That is exactly the view I would like to see on the sim screen where you choose your plane. A much simpler, speedier interface to navigate, not massive tiles with images on them.
I can choose my food from a menu without images of it to remind me what they are.

Or choose like this and when selected it shows a picture of the plane. Newbies need that info. Esp your first few weeks when the info overload is massive. Good idea
