Same here, shipping confirmation with tracking number. If all goes well it could arrive Saturday, I guess. Keeping fingers crossed.
So, let me get this straight. A company you ordered from only supplied you with a tracking number for your paid order âout of kindnessâ and âcuriosity about one thing not to be discussedâ?
Can you understand why this seems to an outsider as either weird as heck or some kind of equally weird flex?
No. The company provided me with nothing in terms of an email or any kind of notice that a shipping label has been created or that the Order has been completed and there is a tracking number ready.
One individual from said company remembered me and my order as we were in contact about it earlier, wanted to check something, and contacted me âprivatelyâ and provided the tracking number for me before the company even did anything. Thanks to his extra work the company now knows that their email system is probably broken.
I hear you, mate.
I recently ordered $2.50 worth of Band-Aids from Amazon with free shipping (though indirectly paid via Prime) and was informed about the entire process from placing the order to receiving it the next day so it somehow seems reasonable to expect Aerosoft to be capable of informing you properly about your nearly $300 dollar order of mostly Chinese plastic, right?
I got a shipping number yesterday, but so far itâs just been announced with DHL. Things stay exciting.
Same heređ
Iâm still on âorder waiting to be processedâ
I wouldnât mind, but I was one of the first to order within the first 30 minutes of the product going live back on September 19th, surely Iâd be top of the list ![]()
Handing over to DHL seems to take forever. Probably DHL is over itâs local limits in this rural area. ![]()
On a funny side note, I just looked up Aerosoftâs location and they are actually directly at an airport ![]()
On the lower left you see the really big transport planes they used to get all the packets from china
They are about to take off and get the next batchâŠ
Makes for a fast getaway.
Just now delivery info from DHL came in - Collectorâs edition is due tomorrow ![]()
Letâs seeâŠ
Yep, I was about to say âFridayâ - until I realized that IS tomorrow⊠work really does take its toll on me.
You lucky sods, mine still says UPS didnât receive the package yet after more than 24 hours ![]()
Same for me. But ups is better than dhl since there is a global strike in dhlâŠ
Yes, thatâs why they have a free version of the airport available.
Where do you get that from? Neither a search in German nor in English yields results in that matter.Searching Google for âdhl strikeâ in news only brings me news about Canada Postal problems and one Tweet regarding DHL France.
May be this is only France. Mine is planned for tomorrow by ups.
It must be a local French problem then⊠Even the website of DHL stating average run times of packages only lists Italy as delayed due to still catching up with a strike end-November. Mine has been cleared in Bielefeld and is still scheduled for arrival tomorrow.
They might be better, but still slow ![]()
They received my package at 8pm at Paderborn, and instead of sending it to closer airport at Cologne and use their own early morning flight to Prague, thus possibly delivery today or Monday, they sent it to Frankfurt, and right now itâs in Nurnberg and the tracking is predicting delivery on Tuesday ![]()
Really would have been faster if I drove the 6 hours and picked it up from Aerosoft myselfâŠ
Has anyone else not had their order shipped yet? Last e-mail I got from Aerosoft was on 5th December.
