Yes, #128792
So, my photogrammetry is not working and I don’t know why, since Tuesday it stopped working, when I tried to enable it, it shows me that “your bandwidth is too low for streaming. The world’s streaming is now offline.” And I put the option to ignore but then it shows that msfs is switching to offline mode when I have 70 Mbps!!! I don’t know why this is happening, then also shows me that I am connected correctly but doesn’t show me the photogrammetry, then I disable it and enable it, and shows me the same process! I don’t know what is happening, please help me!
Thank you.
Reset router … check Wifi reception and all cable connections … run a speedtest.
If it is normal and you still have problems it is likely to be beyond your ISP’s servers including but not limited to the MS servers for your area. In which case send a report to Zendesk anyway so at least that they can check.
So Asobo answer to my ticket, and they only answered basic things that I already know, things that are not relevant, I think they are automatic answers to all the people asking for support, what a shame.
That’s normal for any game support otherwise they would need hundreds of staff just to tell you that it will get looked at. Nonetheless they are very busy and you might have to wait a while
