I installed the plug-in and did a couple of flights in the TBM. Wow, it is fantastic.
The plane symbol is a bit big on charts or it scales up if you zoom on the maps.
I wish they had charts that orientate with the planes heading.
All in all it is a great addition to MSFS to have chart integration on the instruments.
The lack of licensing will not allow a collaboration between MS and Navigraph.
When WT first deployed their mod with Charts integration, they were not a first party. So they could do as they liked.
Now MS owns the WT intellectual property, by way of hiring them to fix all the GPS FMS. So everything must be aboveboard in terms of licensing.
