Navigraph Navdata Center

Hi

I have had a functioning subscription for 2 years with Navigraph. No issues at all . Until now
I can’t log into the navdata center to update my AiRAC cycle .

It asks for a login and then keeps telling my i need an active subscription, which i do. Im actually logged into my Navigraph account in the browser.

I have tried turning off the firewall, tried all the browsers, deleted and installed the navigraph software, cleaned caches , used different wifi connection. Absolutely nothing works.
Im paying for a service i no longer can access and it frustrating the hell out of me.

Anyone had similar or know how to make it work, before i hit my pc with a hammer …hard
