Yes, but my system is actually not compatible with Windows 11 because of the TPM 2.0/Secure Boot thing. So i must format my SSD and activate the TPM 2.0 in the Bios, then install the W 11 and download and reinstall the MSFS with all my other software and settings… 
You really don’t need to format your SSD to convert it from mbr to gpt, there are apps that can do this without losing data. And done properly reinstalling MSFS is only 20 odd GBs (and a few small updates in content manager).

Just research carefully and follow instructions to the letter and you’ll be fine I’m sure.
