New Email Address - No Servers

Hi,

I recently changed my email address and since then haven’t been able to access servers. Also get messages below. I have sign out and back in a couple of times

Any suggestions?

I figured it out myself eventually - I had changed my email address but for some reason it hadn’t been updated in the registry. Search the registry for your old email address until you find the one associated with Xbox Live and change it.

Same issue here.

I think i fixed it by changing my email in the registry too:

  1. Press Windows Key + R
  2. Type regedit and press OK
  3. Press F3 and search for your old email
  4. It may show up a few times, so press F3 again until the Xbox related one, comes up.
  5. Change it to your new email,
  6. Close the Window and reboot computer
