I find it a fun little plane. You need to get to know the “tricks”, for example it will turn like a bloated whale unless you initiate every turn with a solid kick of rudder, but once you get the hang of it, it flies well.
OMG!!! I have been looking for a solution to this for months!! I hated that ■■■■■■ home depot generator sound in the Aerolite!!! When I asked Nemeth about it they just gave me a snarky response. I’ve been asking around about how to replace the sound with another aircraft, and the only “solution” I found was a similar process of creating a new JSON, but the app that they suggested was just more complicated than I wanted to play with. this app and solution you posted was easy, and worked perfectly for me! Thank you so much for this! I can fall in love with this ultralight again!!! I gave up on it a while ago.

Aerolite 103 Throttle binding not working. Working on all other aircraft. All button assgirnments
and other Axis are working fine just not Throttle control on my VKB Gladiator MK11
try unbinding it from the throttle axis and binding it to throttle 1, throttle 2, throttle 3, throttle 4
i just tried adding a throttle 1 binding and it worked like a charm.

I just bought this on the marketplace for xbox because of the sale. I should probably have checked this forum first but hey ho. I’m enjoying the aircraft actually except I can’t click on any of the controls at all with the xbox controller. I can throttle up and do everything that’s bound but I can’t click on physical control.

I just picked this up. Really enjoy how it handles. Sounds plausible but quite loud, as expected. I have only one issue. The round screen below the other gauges is always blank/off. It has a power button but it seems to do nothing. Broken, or am I missing something obvious?
Also, does anyone know the best climb/approach speeds in this thing?
Not flown this in ages. I think it is an ADF ??? turned on by a combo of Master Switch. Alternator Switch and Secondary Bus Switch all of which are above your head.
Yes, those are all on. Might be busted, I’ll email the dev and cross my fingers. Not that this type of plane really needs navigation instruments.
Got a response from the dev who helped point me in the right direction to solve the problem. Entirely my fault with an addon conflict. Apparently that screen is referenced from the default gliders, which I had removed as I never flew them. All working now.
Good to know, cuz I deleted gliders too
Anyone know if this thing has a basic GPS? Most of the videos I see IRL show something.
The recent release notes indicate the ADF has been replaced by a NatSav (I guess SatNav?) but does that mean it now has a virtual physical unit or just that it’ll show the direction to the next flight plan waypoint?

If I recall correctly the PM50 GTN750 will work with this as a pop up floating window.
