Yeah, these effects look superb! I wrote the dev a PN and invited him to this thread, so maybe he can answer some questions and see the wishes we have to improve this plane. :slight_smile:

We have to remember that the engine has 300hp and the airplane has top speed of around 140kts. Given that those planes are designed to have good climb performance to quickly clear obstacles (trees, power cables, hills around the field), that sounds believable to me. I will wait for some youtube videos to decide though.

Iā€™ll second Jeremy in that the main (in my view) problem with this aircraft is that itā€™s practically impossible to not overspeed and practically impossible to bleed off speed without having power completely at idle. Trying to land is a challenge because it feels very difficult to even reach flap range even with a long approach. The stalling is convincing but too aggressive. Crop dusters need to be able to perform pretty wild maneuvers, and most of those maneuvers will stall this plane. Also the elevator and rudder authority is not sensitive enough. Normally when I simulate crop dusting I kill the power, go straight vertical, then tail slide to make my next pass. Itā€™s pretty much impossible right now. With some flight model tweaks though this aircraft will be very good.

Also, the GPS unit is largely unnecessary and too small to practically use. Same for the transponder. They may as well remove both units or at least make them large enough to actually see.

Hello, hereā€™s the developer of this addon. Iā€™am already working on an update to fix the flight model, create new particle effects and fix other things that I have to fix. Iā€™am also going to recreate the documentation and upload new imagens on simMarket to better show the aircraft. Iā€™am also working on a model with advertising banner instead of spray system (it will be release on a free update). I want to thank you for the recommendations and say that Iā€™am going to improve the aircraft to make it better. Thank you!

Thanks Reichert! Iā€™m looking forward to the update. The addon is absolutely beautiful so with some improvements under the hood itā€™ll be one of the best for the sim.

A few recommendations:

-Make the GNS530 bigger, seems too small right now
-If possible, opening windows/doors would be coolā€¦but certainly just an extra thing
-The aerodynamics need some tweaks, people have already mentioned it, but the plane doesnā€™t create enough drag, and seems way overpowered, flying normally I can get to the top of the red arc easily and do aerobatics which is just wrong for this aircraft.

One thing I will say you did amazingly was the stall! It it AMAZING

Hello everyone.
The Update is out and Iā€™ts already available for download at simMarket.

Update V1.01

FIXES
Gear textures fixed.
Panel decals fixed.
Altimeter fixed.
GNS size has been increased.

FLIGHT MODEL
Aircraft is now more stable.
Flight controls now has more authority.
Airplane will be able to decrease airspeed faster.
More intense maneuvers are now easier to handle and harder to stall.

DOCUMENTATION
The documentation and checklist have been recreated and now have more information.
The documents are in the ā€œDocumentsā€ folder within the aircraft folder ā€œBRsimDesigns_emb200ā€.
Example: ā€œBRsimDesigns_emb200/Documentsā€.

The next update will feature a model with Advertising Banner,
a new livery and a more realistic spray particle effects.
