I reworked my mod for the bandeirante. The Bandeirante is a great plane (in generall). Sound is way better now after patch 1.5.0. But some things are still off in my opinion. I bought me the POH too^^, like others here and I tried to bring the Bandeirante closer to the performance she should have.
My Mod has some cosmetic modules (Black Cockpit, White Gauges and Blue Lighting) but the most important things are
a) the NH Gauge Fix - NH gauge should show the RPM of the Props in %. With my Mod they do. So now you can set NH according to the POH to 100% at Takeoff, to 91% at Climb and Approach and to 83 % in Cruise and Descent.
b) a modified flight model
- appr. 30% more thrust
- appr. 8 % more torque
- adjusted drag (parasite & induced)
- adjusted Flaps (drag/lift)
- Flaps 1 is 25% now, instead of 20%
- adjusted fuel flow
Aircraft can now perform takeoffs with short Ground Rolls like she should.
You now can easily over-torque, so you have to watch the limits (1795 ft lb for 100% NH, 1840 ft lb for 91% NH and 1970 ft lb for 83% NH. Climb Rates are higher now.
The aircraft is still not 100% on POH performance, but I dont have more time to invest in this. But in my opinion it is way closer to the POH then without the mod.

Here is a video in which I use my mod. It is in german, but you can see the short takeoff roll and the climb rates.
I also reworked my checklist/procedures for the bandeirante to be closer to the original POH. I still make the checklist sometimes intentionally differ from RL checklist, to account for the fact, that we are flying in a simulator. You find engine limits and some shortend performance values on the pdf.

And another thing a haven´t advertised in the forums yet I believe. I am making status bars for some aircraft, which show some vital aircraft parameters on a black bar. The bar is a desktop gauge for the payware Axis and Ohs and you can move it to the top or the bottom as you like. But please read the instructions carefully, this is no common mod for the community folder. There is a free demo version of axis and ohs available in case you just wanna try it.
