New Tulum Airport Missing

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Enter world map and search for MMTL, the old Airport shows up, pan over and the new one is missing.
In flight, (with updated Navigraph data) enter MMTL as destination and fly over, there is no airport there.
DXR Simulations has created a payware for this, but no default MSFS exists.
