Who uses the World Scale option to change the scale of aircraft cockpits?

Does anyone use the World Scale option to change the scale of aircraft cockpits? Is there any solution to set this setting per aircraft using a utility or config file to save having to manually change this per aircraft when needed? Would anyone be interested in such a tool if one does exist?
