Tried everything.
Click Play and nothing happens.

Edit 2: Also tried the following and it did not help:
✓ CLEAR CACHE:
a) Search Disk Cleanup on start up menu
Select your OS drive
Mark Temporary Files
Hit Clean up
Okay
b) Then search CMD and Run as Admin (right click on it to select admin permission)
Type
Ipconfig/flushDNS
Hit Enter
✓ Please sign out of the following and sign in back again.
Xbox app, EA desktop, MS store and PC
✓ RUN WINDOWS STORE TROUBLESHOOTER
Click on Start and select Settings.
Choose Update and security.
Click on Troubleshoot option.
Click Additional troubleshooters.
Scroll down and click on Windows Store Apps and click on Run the Troubleshooter.
The troubleshooter will scan the system for any problem related to the Windows Store and recommend fixes accordingly.
✓ RESET THE XBOX APP
Click Start and click Settings.
Select Apps
Select Apps & features.
Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
Click Reset.
Restart your device so that the changes can take effect. Sign in to the Xbox app and check if the same issue occurs.
✓ RESET WINDOWS STORE CACHE
Close store app
Press Windows Key+R to open run command
Type
WSreset.exe
And press Enter
Let the blank page process
Store will start automatically.

If your PC is named differently to before the OS reinstall it will create a new device in your Microsoft account. You must delete the old one.

I checked my MS Account.
I did rename the PC.
But, it is showing as the only only one there. (other than my Laptop)
Xbox Live appears to be down.
Is that a problem?
I’m getting an 0x803F7000 error. Xbox live related error.
I get no response from this site.

Strange as I had two when I reinstalled from an iso a while back. Maybe they changed something.
The only outage I see on there is EA games Fifa 23.

I am at a loss of what to do.
Xbox app installs FS2020.
It has the “Play” button displayed.
But, clicking it does nothing.
I don’t know what to do.

If you can remember the old name edit the new one to suit, restart your PC and then run SFC scannow and dism

the initial package on C:\ and the rest of the game on your D:\
I told it to install on D:
Xbox install only installs the initial 1.8 GB.
Then displays the “Play” button.
I have done a format of C: and D:
Then a new clean install via USB of Win 11 22H2
Then changed the PC name to what it was under Win 10 22H2
Still does not Launch FS2020

Did you install to a new or different drive lately? if so it must be NTFS formatted
If not then run Chkdsk

Did another clean install back to Win 10 22H2 and Xbox/MS Store did let FS2020 install.
Then did another clean install to Win 11 22H2 and FS2020 did install this time.
Don’t know what the problem was.
But this last time, I formatted the C: and D: drives before the install
with the Media Creation USB .
Anyway, success.
