Did you find a solution for those vibrations on Pico 4?
I’ve noticed if I’m eating with the headset on my head, I get vibrations.
So wanted to make sure I won’t run into this if I buy the hf8
I actually turned down the strength of the effects a bit on the HF8 which has mostly mitigated the issue since I had them pretty strong to start with. I did mess around with the motion smoothing options in OXRTK but didn’t get any acceptable results. I really need some kind of tracking sensitivity in the Pico options to resolve this fully I think.

Do you think setting the strength down still makes this a buy? Or in other words, are you enjoying?
I can’t speak for the VR issue but I would think if you set the engine vibration (that is always active) relatively lower and perhaps on less motors, then other effects relatively higher, with overall strength at like 75% then it would be quite tame but you’d still feel differences well. That’s what I do. At 100% it’s really quite strong so 75 is good. Then turn it up to 100 for warbirds to feel the powahhhh! 
I would be using it for the Iris PC-21 so would feel that turboprop all the way
That’s a modern plane with good damping 
I would prefer the strength a little higher than I have it set just now in all honesty but it is a balancing act in VR for me. The trade off is still worth it as it still adds to the immersion. The trick for me is to split out the effects between pads and lower the strength so you still get the feedback without the effects competing with each other on the same pads.

Is there a template for turboprop aircraft?
Not that I am aware of… but I am happy to share my Profile that I have worked out between myself and Got Gravel (we’ve been sending profiles with tweaks back and forward to each other since he got his seat, and his latest one he sent me is what I am using for all planes now). If he can’t get good settings, then probably no-one can!

Idea is to turn the master knob down to 75% for smaller / less powerful planes and up to max for beasts

After installing the new version 1.1.3.8 my HF8 finally works fine.
