Hello. I was using standard game pass edition from day 1 and finally decided to buy the premium deluxe edition in my main account (different account). It shows that I owned the PD edition in microsoft store and xbox app but in game it shows only standard version. There is nothing on content manager nor i see any additional update. How to fix this? I tried creating new xbox account, repair the game, etc nothing seems to fix this
Do log off or sign off from your XBox app and Microsoft Store app and such applications on your PC including MFS.
Then sign in with your âmain account (different account)â into all. Also ensure when the game starts you go to Market place or Content Manager and download all valid packages.
I guess you got MFS using one of your unintended accounts.

Make sure you are logged in with the correct account. If thatâs not helping itâs probably time to call support
Did you download âdigital ownershipâ after downloading the (standard) sim?
Iâve installed the Premium Deluxe version several timesâŠ
First I install the STANDARD version, followed by Digital Ownership (donât download the premium deluxe, thatâll be done automatically)
next.. launch the sim.. & after asking the installation location, it downloads the main part.
After a couple of hours (or however long it takes) once at the menu, open content manager and select everything. When thatâs all done, all the extras (including the premium deluxe parts) are all installed.

I pre-ordered the premium deluxe version via MS Store but on download, I only got the deluxe version. MS Store will not answer the e mails I sent so there are still those of us who have not got what we paid for - going on four months later. I havenât reinstalled the program for fear of losing the entire program.
Ouch. thats bad. i have reinstalled the sim for like 3 times already. no luck
Donât try downloading the deluxe or premium in the ms store.
You always download the standard, followed by Digital Ownership.

I do have digital - owned and downloaded. Premium d. Has never come up as owned but it was paid for via credit card.
I know you donât want to reinstall for fear of losing it, but I would go ahead personally.
Iâve reinstalled many times over the last few months (I used to get CTDs) but have never had any installation issues, as long as Iâve done everything in the right sequenceâŠ
download STANDARD flight sim
download digital ownership
launch flight sim.. telling it where to install main core after few mins
when eventually installed.. go into content manager & select all items.
Everything installed after long wait.
Iâm sure this is how you did it, but maybe it was corrupted somehow. One thing else to mention.. I personally install the main core onto my second drive (d:) although I canât see that making any difference,

Thank you. i will try but how do you download digital owership? i see standard, deluxe and premium deluxe ?
I did the download on Aug 18 from Ms store. What came in was 25 planes and all the other stuff which is basically the deluxe version. Digital ownership was also downloaded automatically. Iâm not going to uninstall the deluxe version to load the standard version - I may well lose them both and donât feel that MS will be of any help. It seems such a no brainer for MS to notify the Store that I am a legitimate owner of the premium D version and I can download it from there along with the digital ownership for p.d. I have a printed receipt for the price of the p.d version. How difficult can this be??
It would normally be showing to download in the MS Store. Maybe youâve already got it.

Itâs odd that digital ownership installed automatically. Sounds like you installed it a bit differently to how I do it.
Howâs this for an idea⊠uninstall digital ownership then go to the MS Store & reinstall it.
Launch the sim & âmaybeâ the premium deluxe planes will become available in the content manager?
Digital ownership is basically your licence.. or your receipt. It tell MSFS which package you bought.
Should you want to try this.. first find MSFS in the list of âapps & featuresâ select it & click âadvanced optionsâ
scroll right down and youâll see digital ownership, with an uninstall option.
Might be worth a try?

I followed your steps, Downloaded standard, then digital ownership and now downloading 45gb of data from content manager. Everything is running fine so far. THANK YOU MATE. THAAAANK YOOOU
