is anyone saw rain after SU5?
I never saw, even selecting rain preset weather. no more wet runway…

I landed in rain last night. The menu for weather has changed a bit. I am not able to play right now to tell you exactly how to get precipitation but you can also use weather presets that have it?

yes, I select preset “rain” but no rain.
it was working 100% before.

Eh? I always can sett the rain in su5.

Just select live weather for Manchester Airport today…you will get plenty..

what about no live weather, using preset, working for you?

Yes ..just tried it and it is very wet with visible drops falling on on windscreen

Maybe just a guess, did you by chance make any changes manually in the UserCfg?

yes I did
increase LOD
and
EyeAdaptation 0
ColorGrading 0

Okay, put EyeAdaptation back to 1 and see if you see rain again.

If I’m not mistaken I too lost the rain when I tried disabling this setting in the config… Hope you get your rain back!

I’ve had showers and rainbows using live weather.

There is rain with the rain preset just not instant, im not sure if its intended but i guess not. I have to set the Clouds different to have real raindrops.

I use live weather, and I had lots of visible showers falling from clouds, along with thunder and lightning.

I try what you said and I got rain now on preset. Actually not at first attempt, but second was OK.
I also noticed that I lost cloud casting shadow on ground since SU5 (in preset, not real weather)
