I don’t have the Texan, but I believe the “Gotcha” version is a 3rd party download.
The pic you showed is what you see when a livery is not compatible with the latest version of the sim.
The creator will need to update it.
I believe you will find Zendesk can do nothing in this case.
I bought the Texan pack and Gotcha was included.

Updated MSFS and Gotcha had also an update, but same problem.
