Yeah, a lot of mods including this one will need to be updated for compatibility. This one makes my longitude dissapear when I replace the official layout.json with 1.83

If it makes your Longitude disappear then you are installing it incorrectly.

Or… just possibly, it might need an update for compatibility as you’ve said. I’ve done the proper install 3 times now, each time longitude dissapeared. @Dakfly0219 You may want to look into this?

Or maybe the fact that I and many others have installed this version with no issues suggests that you have a bad install.

I’d be interested to see the “many others” on this thread who are using WU4 and this mod seeing as it was released hours ago.

Is WU4 out? I didn’t see any posts about it. If that’s true then yes, the mod will need an update. Although I’d bet you that I could modify the layout.json myself to make it work.

(Full disclosure, I’m the person that helped Dakfly figure out how to do that originally.)

Unnecessary but thanks. I usually just check the Latest section occasionally while I’m at work. Didn’t see anything yet. But I’m sure I’ll see the inevitable wave of complaint posts soon…

After the update my Longitude disappeared also, I’m using the default for now until we receive an update!

I’m the author of the mod. My sim updated as well - automatically. Interestingly, it says I should be on 1.15.7.0, but the sim only shows me on version 1.14.6.0. I was able to successfully download and install the France, Belgium, etc… scenery, but I’m not on the version number that package says is compatible. I also show that my modification package is still functional. Hmmmm. Anyone have any ideas?

That seems to be a common report. Did you try restarting the sim?

I’ve heard a lot of people getting 1.14.6. Very weird but not surprised lol.

It’s not going to make it easy to resolve incompatibility for the mod if there are different versions of the sim floating around. Unfortunately, I likely won’t have a Longitude mod update until this sim update issue is resolved for all.

There is an additional download in the ms store…1.2 GB…thereafter again an in game dowload of 4.73 gb
