yeah, but those are kept as that is saved server side when they pop, you can’t lose them once they register. The logbook etc., is saved, which leads me to assume that this might just be a bug where you don’t see your activity % and Grades (A grade etc), instead of a reset. Still annoying.
With the SU15 beta, I redid the last leg of patagonia and finally got the “Fire and Ice” achievement.

otherwise at SU15 beta, anemoi bug not fix yet. We want complete it From 2 years ago
It was fixed last patch. Worked fine for me by completing the last segment. (I’m not in beta)
Plz. are you get Anemoi achievements? Did you fly every course again?
If you’ve already flown it, you only need to redo the last leg.

Based on the advice posted here, I just re-flew the final leg of the Balkans Bush Trip. Although the achievement didn’t pop-up and announce itself, when I looked at the achievement window under Xbox Game Bar, I could see that Anemoi was now completed.
It’s been a long time coming.
Now, for Fire & Ice…

Good luck! It’s a beautiful journey. I flew it twice in order to get the achievement back in the day and it was very enjoyable both times. Bring an audio book.

The entire area of the Bush Trip is a stomping ground of mine when I’m out “Overlanding” in my 4WD expedition camper.
As I’ve been flying it, I’m just dying to get back out there! I even texted the Mrs. that I was flying over Nevada and we need to hit the road again.

Ha, I got confused here, Fire & Ice is Patagonia. I’m still trying to get Goldrush. I have not explored the area associated with the Patagonia trip, but I have explored the area of the Goldrush trip.
