Brief description of the issue:

Suddenly the FPS drops from 30-32 to 10-9, it seems to related to NT Kernel & System file, when the FPS drops this service eats around 20% of CPU resources

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

At any airport just perform the flight preparation and taxi, suddenly the FPS fall to extremely low FPS

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

i9 9900kf RTX3070, 32 MB RAM

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

MSFS update 9
