So, I was working in Blender with the Cycles engine doing real time ray tracing while I was watching a youtube tutorial, and I noticed as I caused a re-render, the youtube video audio would stutter. So I opened Nvidia Control Panel:
Opened Windows Sound Settings…and disabled the sound device on my monitors (I use headphones or VR).
This removed my stuttering in youtube when the raytracing was going on in Blender.
Perhaps, if you have tried everything in MSFS, and you are still having strange stuttering issues, try disabling the sound devices in your monitors (assuming you don’t use them).
