Why not just use the CLEANED driver from Guru3D. The cleaned driver has been around for ages. I am sceptical about the claims of a 40 percent increase of performance. I will look a bit deeper into the claims made in this video.
It is so much easier to download the CLEANED driver or to manually remove the bloat yourself.
You can download MSI_util_v3.exe and set a high priority for your GPU.
DO NOT CHANGE ANY OF THE OTHER PRIORITIES FOR OTHER DEVICES USING THE LITTLE PROGRAM. IT IS SAFE TO CHANGE THE GPU PRIORITY AND SET THE GPU TO USE ‘HIGH’.
