NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready Driver 546.33 Discussion

I try to gauge the experience of users with similar hardware/GPU to mine before I jump on a new driver. Not always possible as people don’t always provide their specs, but nonetheless its a data point of sorts I can use.

There’s an option (bottom one) in DDU to stop windows from downloading their driver. I always have that option ticked and have never had windows try to install another one.

Update; This driver seems to be working fine for me in VR with my QPro, Q3, and Vive Pro1 headsets. With i9 13900k/rtx4090/32Gb 6400ram, dx11, Hags off (still smoother for me in VR that way). As an aside, the latest v2 update of TampaFly Las Vegas is very nice?

Absolutly same opinion, since Update 14 I lost 5-10 fps and the Fenix is unflyable, the cpu goes from 30% to 80-90 for 1-2 seconds and then again to 30% crazy. I really hope Asobo will fix that problem asap!

I read at guru3d that 537.58 is the goat for 4090 users, and i believe that is true. I get awesome performance with latest dlss 3.5.10.

You can check it vs this latest driver.

I believe this vΓdeo helped too

The worst driver I have tested so far for MSFS, horrible performance with RTX 4070Ti :-1:

A post was merged into an existing topic: DLSS v3.1.1 released!

3090 Ti
I’m seeing some flickering. I saw that with a previous β€˜most recent’ driver (sorry, I don’t remember which one) and going back to 537.67 solved it.

I’m going to go back to 537.58, since reports are that it’s the best. If that’s not good I’ll go to 537.67 again. It was stable, with no flickering.

DDU, here I come (again…)

ETA: I tried 537.58. Flickering.
Went back to 537.67. No flickering. Stable so far on DX12

Try setting the AMD Fidelity Sharpening to 100, not 0. This stopped the flashes for me.
