Same! They updated NVIDIA app which cleaned up a couple of quirks for me too.

currently testing, no issues at the moment. Looks fine

No issues so far.

560.70 VER caused me continuous CTD Issues, seems to work fine now with new driver.

I installed 560.81 and did a couple of flights. I didn’t notice any issues with it, and I didn’t notice any obvious improvements either. Just my 2 cents …

I’ve heard that some people had issues with the previous driver, but for me, it’s been the best one yet. I’m hesitant to upgrade to the latest version until more people share their experiences.
(3080, Ryzen 9 5900X, Quest 2).

No problems so far with this driver.

The latest nvidia driver 560.81 seems to be working very well with PCVR. I had a few stabilty issues with the previous 560.71 driver and had rolled back to what I think is the most PCVR stable 522.44 driver. Not any significant performance differences but as long as 560.81 remains stable I’ll stick with it for now.

This is with an i913900k/rtx4090/win11 with my QPro and Link at 650mbps. Also now using dx12 and HAGS disabled (HAGS still causes stutters in some PCVR apps, but not too bad with msfs). I hope others are having good luck with this new driver. Cheers.

560.81 has same issues as 560.70, Fs2020 with A320 Fenix freeze after some minutes (ie: during cruising). back to 556.12 again

I’ll give it a test flight in DX12 and 11.
Previous version made DX12 crash for me constantly.
The one before worked fine.

Hope this one is stable.

( edit: I have a 4080 btw )

Edit 2 :

well… back to 11

I updated to this driver and my sim freezes up after about 5 min at the gate, it doesn’t CTD but becomes unresponsive with the sound still running and cpu at 0%. I rolled back to 556.12 and issue seems to be gone.

4090 frame gen, dx12

I tried this driver and had nothing but problems - RTX 3060 12GB. I only fly in VR and my FPS would not go above 30fps it’s normally half the refresh rate of my quest (72hz) so 36fps. Locked in RiverTuner at 36 and NCP VSYNC half refresh rate. My monitors refresh rate was 60hz down from 180hz but usually this doesn’t affect my VR fps. So somethings going on with this driver. Had to increase my refresh rate of my monitor to 180hz in order to get 36fps in VR but had nothing but huge stutters, complete slideshow. Tried every other refresh rate and couldn’t get it to run smoothly so reverted back to 556.12 and it’s smooth as butter now with my monitor running at 180hz or 60hz it makes no difference to the smoothness of VR. Going to stick with 556.12 until some other update messes things up and I have to change.

I have only issues with latest 2 drivers … nVidia or Asobo messed up … need fix asap ! the moment I turn on the game this appears :
MSFS_ERROR
Anybody any idea ? its clean driver installation … i really dont wanna reainstall the whole game .

ok question here for anyone. installed driver runs great, but was looking into applying the nvidia filters to make it look more realistic but for some reason when i hit alt f3 all i get is image sharpening but it is grayed out. Do the filters work or are they still broken

Reinstalling the game won’t cure it as this is almost certainly a graphics issue. Overclocks or overheating is the most likely cause, in particular if it’s vram and this would include OC graphics cards that are pre overclocked by their manufacturers. In borderline cases a different driver might help.

get the same 3 times yesterday, happen with the last drivers i try, then you can fly the same route and all work for houers.
have this problem since su 15,some times it work for a few days, then it happen again, temps are all good, sim runs ok before, not shure if it is driver or bugs in the sim wat cause this,or all together.
i clean all shaders from sim and nvidia,so this do not help.
did all tests and scans, nothing help…
game reinstall did nothing.

No …its not overheating  its clearly driver issue , or game issue . I didn’t include my GPU in OP so its MSI RTX 3080Ti - yes , with OC switch ON ,but it only affects fan speeds i guess . The GPU behaves the same way no matter which driver is installed .
Now i rolledback driver 556.12 and everything works smooth , no issues , no CTDs .
And yes … you can fly with this ,issue’’ like nothing happened , the game works …but whenever you close the popup or click OK , you are done … it will kill the game .
I don’t think its VRAM too , i run the game DX11 / general HIGH settings so … if anybody have solution for that , reply please  …because i dont want to stay on 556.12 forever

i even can not do this,it freeze then, can only close and new start :grimacing:
