I didn’t write that you should add any line to the UserCfg file. You must have misunderstood me.
As I mentioned in my earlier post, CTD I was referring to concerns MSFS 2020, not MSFS 2024.
I didn’t ask you to replicate it, nor did I ask for help 
This CTD issue is already known and marked as bug-logged.
