I’m surmising there must have been an issue with the product.
Justflight would have submitted it to the Marketplace and therefore would know why it was removed, and may be able to do something for you.
This list of Third Party Creators/Distributors shows justflight as the contact for Black Square.
They support that product regardless of point of purchase, MP or directly from them.

Anyone else surprised that there haven’t been any demo sessions for 2024 announced for before release and all they have planned is these dev streams?
What happened with “1st party world partners” for next streaming session? Jorg mentioned something different for next Q&A session.
They already released the Dukes on the Marketplace. Or was the prior release just PC and upcoming is the XBox version?
It’s been asked 2x now- and now I’ll circle back again. Why is no moderator or msfs employee commenting on the, by appearance, different stream topic next week? The planned chart says World Partners but article says more aircraft developers and now also peripherals.
Why is so many things changing & being left out last minute and contradictory to prior statements?
eg - live steam dates and or topics, no freeware, allowing VA systems and others to upload as much filler as they want, announcing now a multi month gap between sims having same updated imagery, promising more info for nearly 2years but keep saying “we don’t know yet, we can’t say yet”, & the best one Is locking missions behind a forced aviation school career mode.
I say false advertising- reusing the same trailer & showing firefighting and more, as if it’s just gonna be a feature “in fs20204 you can do xyz..”. Sans an asterisk of sorry but to do so you need to take lessons and tests.

The first aircraft session, more developers were planned than just FlightFX, but the others turned them down because they were working on release candidates. I’m going to guess World Partners were Orbx and the people from We Love VFR, maybe the guys from GAIST, etc. And I’m also going to guess they felt they needed time for release candidates, so they changed the topic to one that they could get developers to show up to.
Microsoft can’t force developers to participate in these sessions. And if they cancelled completely, the community would have been upset that they aren’t being filled in about the new sim. So replacements were brought in.
And where is Frankfurt Airport ?? I can’t find it on Xbox Marketplace

You can skip a lot in the “school career”, it’s really easy and it’s only at the beginning.

If you purchased it and were charged for it through MP and don’t have it your content manager-file for a refund, you’ll get it within an hour or two.
It’s not hokey like you got a refund and still have the aircraft.
There’s been bugs in the MP before and they pull them immediately, like for an hour last year when things like the lext L/L CAP4(and about 15 unreleased aircraft) were available in there for ‘purchase’. Which didn’t work 
Goofed up my MP until I got the 'desk to fix it. The CAP4 was free, so of course I tried…
EDDF is available on the marketplace with the note: ‘PC only’!
It may have been removed from the xbox MP immediately after its release (like the Black square analog caravan!) or it was never meant to be released on xbox! 
Maybe someone responsible can clarify the matter as something has obviously gone wrong here!

3 of those releases we have now weren’t available yet at the time, plus the other LL one…There were at least 15 unreleased planes in the MP for about an hour(some 3 months before release), at least until I signed out/in again-could of only been up a few minutes for all I know. Nothing was on sale-particularly the one’s I was going in to buy-so I logged out/in and it was gone. It happens.
