FLIGHT DETAILS

This week we’re off to explore the Greek coast of the Aegean Sea for a beautiful flight that will take us from Thessaloniki to the stunning Greek Islands of Mykonos and Santorini! En route, we’ll have a touch & go landing at the capital city of Athens, the historic birthplace of democracy, home of many famous Greek scholars and philosophers such as Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, and host city of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896.

MSFS (2020) and MSFS 2024 Pilots on PC can download the .pln file here:

LET’S FLY

This is meant to be a fun and informal flight. Everybody is welcome, no matter your platform, sim version, or level of experience.

@Pieter2427 Are you flying the SU4 Beta in today’s fly-in? If so, then I wouldn’t leave the beta specifically for the fly-in.

SeedyL is normally in SU3. One of the other hosts is normally in
SU4 but pretty much on there own. Hope this helps.

I’m always flying for on the current beta whenever possible

Had a great time flying along today. Was a bit distracted so didn’t get any photos of Athens but here’s the ones I did manage to get.

Im curious about one thing. There is written that the flying will take 1 hour, while it took 2 hours. Or am i missing something?
Not that im complainig  but my GF was

They’re generally 2h, though. The flight time of the flightplan is just an estimate.

Really enjoyed last week’s event, the Greek landscape looked great in the sunset. Dusted off the C-47 for this occasion, I have not flown this plane for a while. Here are some 2020 screenshots:
