We will be hosting an Official Fly-in alongside a group of community members (you!) on Twitch. This is an open event, free to all who would like to fly along with us and available to pilots of all skill levels. The goal is to have a great time, explore new locations of the world, and make new friends. This event is open to pilots on both sim versions (MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024) and both the PC and Xbox platforms.

FLIGHT DETAILS
It’s another flight to a Northern locale again this week! After flying over Norway last time, for this Fly-In we’re off to the other side of the Atlantic to visit Yukon, one of Canada’s 
three territories. Will MSFS 2024 pilots see aurora borealis again?
Though sparsely populated today with a density of only 0.1 persons per square kilometer, Yukon is rich in minerals and other natural resources. The discovery of gold in 1896 led to an estimated 100,000 prospectors arriving from places such as Seattle and San Francisco in search of fortune during what became known as the Klondike Gold Rush. The biggest boom town of the gold rush, Dawson City, will be our full-stop destination during this flight.

You can find instructions on how to load a flight plan from the Flight Planner website to your in-sim EFB on your PC or Xbox console on our forums here.
We will be starting at CYXY. Please load your aircraft 10 minutes prior to take off and taxi over to the runway in preparation for departure.

Recommended aircraft: CubCrafters X or NXCub, Diamond DA-40, Cirrus SR22T, Flight Design CTSL, FSReborn Sting S4, FSReborn FSR500, FSReborn TL3000, or any aircraft of your choice with a cruise speed of 120+ knots.
