Seems this happened after the latest update. Online Functionality and Bing World Graphic Data are turned ON but greyed out and cannot be changed. Sometimes I don’t want to use that much data. The Sim is working fine just don’t have this option. I did see another post about downloading a file from Content Manager but it must have been for PC because I can’t find that file. It was FS-BASE-CGL. Any help is appreciated.
Are your weather presets and custom also grayed out in flight plan menu? As for me my online function was also grayed out and what fixed it was deleting the cached content from console. To do that you gotta go to console info hit reset and then select keep my games. Unfortunately you’ll need to do the starter stuff again like setting up wifi, pairing with the app.
I’m still seeking a solution for the weather problem.
My weather is working fine. I will try your suggestion although I have been avoiding something like that. Did not want to start over again it it could be helped.

Tried uninstall and reinstall. It did not help. If I do what Felixgamingx1 advised I will lose all setting for all games?
Maybe your issue is related to that thread: Was on Xbox Live gaming pass then bought MSFS - Weather Presets Grayed Out even if the 2 greyed out options you mentioned in your title are differents.
Appreciate the thought. I did read this, I have had uninterrupted Live Gold for a couple of years.

weather lock out, you need to make sure all players is selected in flight conditions, then it seems to kick in
I have that issue as well, and also I seeing that they may not make it available again as it’s now 2023. I wish they would allow us (xbox users) make the changes again.
