OpenXR Toolkit (upscaling, world scale, hand tracking...) - Release thread

The goal, as shown in my screenshots above is to reach and keep steady 36FPS. If you manage to do this above a big place like New York for example with clouds, you know you’ll get your 36FPS everywhere. (Still depends on the plane complexity though, less resources are needed for a C152 versus a 737).

With 36FPS, ASW ON, it will be butter smooth but if it goes below that (33, 31), everything will be stuttering like crazy.
Headsets are not like a screen, you can’t properly play with less FPS than your headset’s refresh rate (unfortunately), hence the ASW tech to keep a smooth experience with half the needed FPS.

I don’t want to hijack this topic on Oculus related tweaks but if you guys want to add your vote for ASW 2.0 implementation, please do:
