Is there comparison screenshots or videos for Asobo LOWI and ORBX LOWI?
I also saw that ORBX is adding static aircraft in parking. Is there a way to remove them since I feel like it remove parking spots for Live traffic planes if any?

Also keen to know the same, I have Orbx LOWI for X-plane so can get the discounted price, I think I’ll fly around the default version first a few times and then try out Orbx. I’ll try to take some screenshots and update in a few days. If anyone else has already done this would be keen to see/hear your feedback.

I have purchased the Orbx LOWI (I got the discount) so think the price is ok. It is definitely better than the default. I haven’t worked out whether you can turn off some of the static planes - they do take a lot of the parking spots but but used it much yet. I also think that purchasing at the low price now is worth it as if they do update it I assume you would get that automatically.
Meant to add, if there is a particular screenshot/view you want to compare, post a pic and I will do the same from the orbx product. Also, I didn’t notice any loss in FPS.
I will purchase it when I can remove the static aircraft. Especially the tui liner. How is this still a thing in 2020

Static aircrafts ruins everything!
I’m ok for static aircrafts when they are not using a full parking spot and when they are not random airliners.
I know what you are mean - the static aircraft look good but they do take spaces. As yet there is not a control panel for this airport - as there was for previous orbx products. Would be nice to be able to turn static planes on/off individually.
Here’s a few quick screenshots I took using the drone camera, tried to make as fair a comparison as possible (e.g same settings, weather, time). Personally I think ORBX Lowi looks great, especially when you combine the whole environment together, all the little details. Looking forward to trying it out in some different weather conditions.
There are also lots smaller details that you get with Orbx that I haven’t included here as thought its perhaps not an exact comparison. For that probably best to look at their promo material.

I agree that it looks a lot better.
Stock parking is not making it justice (uniform grey texture). ORBX tarmac looks a lot better

Up to you, but they normally make pretty decent stuff. That being said I usually pick up a bunch of their titles when they run sales. (back in the FSX days) $20 for an airport is a little hard to swallow unless it includes the surrounding area as well.

It looks much better then the default and has a lot of detailed buildings/structures in the area.
If there is one airport to buy its LOWI, yes, it is detailed in the default one but LOWI is such a visual experience that the better it looks the better it is.

I have it and it is even better than default but be aware that there is currently no option to turn off static aircraft. Not sure if this feature will be added - has previously been available on orbx airports.

Hello, does someone at lowi ORBX have a hilly runway? Or is it just me. Thanks for the answer.
