Description of the issue: As I reported in the SU3 beta months ago. The package location will not transfer to the new requested location. I must set it up manually in order to for it to transfer. Every time I just get the message to

Start MSFS

Enter the market place. Change the location of the packages folder, restart.

SImulator keeps saying it will change on next boot up. Never does.
Please add a screenshot or video of the issue occurring.
