Just had the mothers of all bugs regarding career mode. I was taxiing and suddenly got the message that I have crashed my plane. Thats ridicilious. There was not even a bush or a car, just nothing but a free taxiway. And I was just working towards the cessna caravan, career mode is cursed.
I followed the steps. Crew On. Flew missions as an employee worth a couple hours of flight time in a couple different airplanes.
next day.. insurance bill, but no passive income.
Does that mean passive income works when you only have a single plane and crew is set to ON?
see, i like yours. it’s actually working - on the days u didn’t fly the plane, you got passive income.
however - the insurances is a scam and needs to be adjusted.
I got a 300K payout - but instead of gaining 300K, my account ended up at 0.
Yes, I have the same issue. Passive income is less than the cost of insurance, so I end up with 0cr each new day:

I had the same problem, when I logged on today, my account was on 0 Cr and the companies overview shows massive expenses for insurance (in my case without a single buck of passive income).
I can live with not making passive income for now but losing money over night seems kinda harsh…
all three of my crewed and maintained companies have not flown for three days but i did get a bill from last week just now… are they simulating snail mail?
Still have not had my cargo company earn any passive income with crew turned on for more than a week of playing.

So I have had no passive income at all also over 24 hrs plane in draining my company’s money. Going to sell, the problem passive also from reading to forums, Passive income isn’t worth it at all. From what Ive read the income is to low, to infrequent. The career mode is worth it in Employee mode, but company cause of the passive SNAFU, its not. Stay away from career and keep your sanity. I think I am going to get out of career all together and just do the employee mode. Although as I think of it, career is good for a couple flights, sell the plane and you got plenty of cash for the extra certifications.
When I said career I mean company
Cargo company with brand new 172, even after 4 days of owning aircraft with crew turned on no income has been generated.
I’m using a separate 172 in my Charter company so the cargo one is not being used at all.
Yeah we need more clarity on this, i have one 2 companies and 2 planes on a single company, not flown for days but i had one day of both planes providing passive income. I’d love to know what the trigger is to get passive income and how to best manage this.
I also cant find a guide from the community from someone who has fully worked it out. Either it’s bugged or we’re all just doing it wrong i dont know.

The check-up box for maintenance often indicates that a mandatory check-up was due multiple hours ago, but the button to initiate the check-up is unresponsive. This problem is inconsistent, as some planes function normally. Additionally, passive income is not generated consistently; although the passive income screen appeared twice initially, it has not been seen since returning to the game after a few days of not playing. Furthermore, the insurance screen is missing entirely.
What location I should put my plane at? I tried everything the only thing that happened is -242 cr cus of insurance pls help.
Today i did get a popup with passive income and also the insurance screen.
