Well that’s to be expected, every flight you take damages your plane. You just need to be on top of maintenance.
The problem is that the crew doesn’t generate any income, they won’t even use the planes that I have set to have crew on for.
also 24 hours past I have 3 companies 3 aircraft all with crew on I have been flying employee missions as not to interfere but just got my report. I have done at least 9 flight hours in the last 24h
Same issue. Been playing for the past week. Have 3 companies all with crewed planes.Even made sure to follow the steps of having crewed planes while you take employee missions for the same career. Waited 24 hours. Still no passive income

I got this same screen tonight, zero income. Checked my plane and my employee utterly demolished it. I’m done with this system until it gets looked at. For me it’s beyond alpha state, this is like a prototype a dev would show to product team.

The exact same thing happened to me. Didn’t fly any of my own planes yesterday, huge insurance bill and no passive income. Lost 90k that I’d earned doing missions for employers all afternoon and now I’m broke again.
It’s like the game doesn’t want me to make any money… Which is far too close to real life for my liking haha!

Just had the mothers of all bugs regarding career mode. I was taxiing and suddenly got the message that I have crashed my plane. Thats ridicilious. There was not even a bush or a car, just nothing but a free taxiway. And I was just working towards the cessna caravan, career mode is cursed.

ok so crazy thing. I was only getting insurance bills so I turned off crew. I go for Thanksgiving dinner and come back and I get my first passive income. With both my planes crew turned off… I checked and neither one of them had wear. Who made this janky JANKY system?
It should be noted I only have one 172, so I’m not sure who they can use two planes?
I followed the steps. Crew On. Flew missions as an employee worth a couple hours of flight time in a couple different airplanes.

I have discovered something. You don’t generate passive income (but can still generate an insurance bill) if you use the plane even once in the 24H UTC period.
That’s why so many people have been having issues with this. They will buy a new plane, put crew on their old plane, and think it doesn’t work the next 24H period because no payout due to them having flown it in the previous 24H period.
So then people will be like, ok this doesn’t work, and fly their plane once or many times, try again, etc etc. All the time generating insurance bills with no passive income.
This system was designed by a clown.
It should be a method for people without a lot of time to catch up, or not fall back. It should just be, turn on, and generate income over real life hours. Period, the end. That way someone who can only fly 1 hour a week can earn some credits and progress as well.

Does that mean passive income works when you only have a single plane and crew is set to ON?
see, i like yours. it’s actually working - on the days u didn’t fly the plane, you got passive income.
however - the insurances is a scam and needs to be adjusted.
I got a 300K payout - but instead of gaining 300K, my account ended up at 0.

Yes, I have the same issue. Passive income is less than the cost of insurance, so I end up with 0cr each new day:

I had the same problem, when I logged on today, my account was on 0 Cr and the companies overview shows massive expenses for insurance (in my case without a single buck of passive income).
I can live with not making passive income for now but losing money over night seems kinda harsh…

all three of my crewed and maintained companies have not flown for three days but i did get a bill from last week just now… are they simulating snail mail?
Still no passive income but insurance bills masked as “passive incomes pay”… Passive income for the insurance company I guess…

Same issue for me. this does not work.
Two companies, one empty and the other with a cessna 172 with crew on. Flew about 4h in the last 24hrs on employee missions. Result - no income, and an insurance bill only and strange looking flight duration.
Still have not had my cargo company earn any passive income with crew turned on for more than a week of playing.
