THE PATCH IS THERE!
The patch is mostly for people how has installation problems and i have not.
So I wait untill the next update. 
Well, this title wasn’t supposed to run on calculators anyway… Time for an upgrade.

It solved my problems - exernal software using SimConnect or FSUIPC . Everything is fine now.
About 40fps @4k with Ultra settings.
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, B550 Mainboard
32GB RAM 3200
GTX 1080ti
I mean that the fsuipc problem made me lose a lot of fps
