I don’t know where you got that information from but Amsterdam, Toronto, Corfu and Boston are in development for MSFS. What we don’t know is when they will be released (and in which order) but I would expect one of them soon.
I rather wait to get these in the expected high FlyTampa quality!
from their facebook page. the only reference to YYZ or Toronto refer to a Prepare3d airport and not MSFS. Beleive me I want it too.
That stuff is referenced to msfs buddy.Those products are already available in p3d.
I find no reference to MSFS 2020 on their site or in theri forums so where are you seeing this information.
You are looking into the section for existing airport’s, Toronto was released six years ago to P3D. They’ve mentioned in MSFS specific threads that the MSFS version is being worked on, believe me or not 
Flytampa has done a fantastic job on CYYZ.Looking forward to more updates.
