Photogrammetry Cities not Listed

I had already flown over every city(photogrammetry) in USA before I had thought of this, but this list would be 10 times as long if I had, so due note many cities in USA have immediate surrounding cities also having great detail(photogrammetry).

Below are cities not listed that also have photogrammetry, and you can find some really beautiful stuff if you fly low and slow. Movie theatres are always unique, as well as commercial areas and shopping malls, casino’s, and stadiums are different from one another too.

Anyone know why MS/Asobo do not put out list of everything covered in photogrammetry?

Most of the listed cities have majority of their city covered with photogrammetry. Occasionally there will be a city listed but it’s only downtown, like Sydney Australia. But then you will have HUGE areas that have photogrammetry such as Perth Australia where photogrammetry extends well beyond Perth city limits.

I’m currently flying over Florence Italy, and there is literally photogrammetry across this part of Italy from COAST TO COAST!

WU 15 list Malmo Sweden as having photogrammetry, however well beyond Malmo going north the photogrammetry extends and you see some really beautiful churches and castles and forts and race tracks and all sorts of great detail.

As far south as TygelsjĂś, as far east as Bara, Staffanstorp or Lund, which has a population over 94 thousand. StĂĽngby just north of Lund is detailed. The photogrammetry extends as far north as Helsingborg which has a population over 112k.

I was just going to add these swedish cities!
And its the same on the danish side! Everything from Copenhagen and north is PG!
Too HelsingĂśr and Hornbaek!
So the entire Öresund area is PG!!

And there is a BIG area around Oslo too lots of towns not listed.

Since I am Swedish and live in StockholmI hope we get the same treatment when it releases! :crossed_fingers:t2:

I am SO happy you chimed in with your information on Copenhagen! I previously thought I had downloaded WU15 as Copenhagen had photogrammetry but I found out I didn’t have WU 15 downloaded after all, and Copenhagen previously had photogrammetry.

I wasn’t going to fly over Copenhaven again because I saw photogrammetry there but now I’m excited to see how much MORE is there!(now that I have WU fully downloaded) Yahoo!!!

Updated the thread adding nineteen unlisted cities in the countries of Denmark and Sweden.

Norway updated with over 30 small towns and villages having photogrammetry.

Kjeller has photogrammetry but what is unclear in REAL LIFE, is the location of the Nuclear Reactor JEEP II. It existed, and perhaps still does, but WHERE? When did the photogrammetry of this area get taken?

I’ve never seen a nuclear reactor in any photogrammetry area and I know it’s a long shot, but if someone can locate the JEEP II nuclear reactor research facility I would love to fly over it.

Anyways, to put it into perspective how much EXTRA photogrammetry extends beyond the “listed cities”, this is an accurate representation of how far the photogrammetry actually covers the area of Oslo.

As you can see, West South/West of Oslo the photogrammetry extends quite a bit, as well as to the north east of oslo, and to the south of Oslo. While I accidentally missed it in my recorded uploaded youtube videos, I went back off line and discovered Tusenfryd amusement park has photogrammetry and you can for sure make out the roller coaster.

**Lierskogen actually has photogrammetry too(west of Asker).

They are listed, most of those areas are part of larger PG/TIN regions from more recent WUs and CUs.

For instance, all of the BC and QC cities are part of Vancouver and Montreal metropolitan regions.

Where are you suggesting ms announces all their photogrammetry cities?

They never did with MSFS 2020.
